This website is operated by Hartley Wells of 2–4 Alison Street, Leongatha VIC 3953. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

If you use our contact form we collect the details you enter — your name, email address, phone number and message — so we can reply to you. We don’t use this information for anything else, and we never sell it or share it with third parties for marketing.
Like most websites, we also collect some technical information automatically, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit. We use this in aggregate to understand how the site is used and to keep it secure.

Our site links to the websites of the brand groups we belong to — Betta, Bestfurn and La-Z-Boy — and to our social media. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we’re not responsible for how they handle your information.

How long we keep it
Messages sent through the contact form are kept only as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and for normal business record-keeping.
